OMG, ARMYs, get ready to lose your minds because our faves, BTS, just blessed us with the most epic news! The kings of K-Pop are finally hitting the road again with a massive World Tour, marking their first large-scale concert series in about four years since ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE’ wrapped up in Vegas back in 2022. We were all low-key waiting for this, and now it’s happening!
Big Hit Music literally just dropped the ‘BTS WORLD TOUR’ poster on Weverse, and it’s giving us all the feels! The tour kicks off in Goyang, Korea, in April, then takes over North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. We’re talking 34 cities and 79 shows already announced – that’s some serious record-breaking energy, making it the most performances for a single K-Pop artist tour! And guess what? Japan and the Middle East are still on the table for future additions, so this tour is about to get even more iconic.
The first concert dates are set for April 9, 11-12 at Goyang Sports Complex, which is going to be pure fire! Then, on June 12-13, they’ll be blessing Busan with their presence. P.S. June 13 is literally BTS’s debut anniversary, so prepare for some major emotional vibes as they celebrate with us! 🥹
North America, prepare to be slayed! The tour hits Tampa on April 25-26, kicking off 28 performances across 12 cities. Our boys are making history, being the first and largest K-Pop act to perform at venues like El Paso’s Sun Bowl Stadium and Foxborough’s Gillette Stadium. And get this: they’re only the second artist EVER to hit Stanford Stadium after legendary Coldplay. Plus, they’re the first Korean artists to perform at the massive AT&T Stadium in Arlington (aka one of the world’s biggest dome stadiums by capacity!) and Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium. Talk about making a statement!
Then it’s Europe’s turn in June-July, with 10 performances across 5 cities like London and Paris. Madrid and Brussels are getting their first solo BTS shows, which is just epic. South America, you’re not forgotten! São Paulo and Buenos Aires are among the 5 cities on the itinerary, proving BTS’s global dominance is just chefs kiss.
And the stage production? Get ready for a next-level experience because they’re bringing a 360-degree stage setup, promising to immerse us totally in their performances. We’re talking major visuals and insane energy!
But wait, there’s MORE! Before they even jet off, BTS is blessing us with their fifth full-length album, dropping on March 20. It’s their first full-group comeback in nearly four years (3 years and 9 months, to be exact!). The album will feature 14 tracks, full of raw emotions and reflections from their journey, showing us the ‘BTS of today.’ We are not ready for this emotional rollercoaster! 😭 Get those streaming fingers ready, ARMY!
