K-Pop powerhouse NMIXX is gearing up for a highly anticipated comeback, set to release their 5th mini album, ‘Heavy Serenade,’ on May 11 KST. JYP Entertainment announced the news via their official social media channels, unveiling an intricate promotion schedule that promises a rich musical experience.
The album shares its title track, ‘Heavy Serenade,’ embodying a romantic and classical aesthetic, as hinted by the promotion scheduler image adorned with staves, treble clefs, musical notes, and dynamic markings. This thematic visual sets the stage for what is expected to be a deeply musical offering from the group.
The comeback rollout is meticulously planned, beginning with an album trailer on April 21, followed by the tracklist and a motion poster on April 22. Fans can look forward to captivating concept photos from April 24-25, and a special website launch on April 26. The musical journey continues with an acapella highlight medley on May 3, an original highlight medley on May 7, and a 3D album preview on May 8.
Adding to the excitement, NMIXX will pre-release the music video for their B-side track, ‘Crescendo,’ two weeks prior to the album drop. Its teaser will be revealed on April 27, with the full music video premiering on April 28. The official title track ‘Heavy Serenade’ music video teaser will debut on May 10, leading up to a fan countdown live on May 11 at 4:40 PM KST, followed by the full album and title track MV release at 6 PM KST.
